MapaleUAE ships all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. MapaleUAE accounts, Quadpay, Pay Pal, and Amazon accounts offer the customer the opportunity to update or change the shipping address prior to completing the order online.

 If the customer does not properly update the shipping address before completing the order, MapaleUAE must be immediately contacted at Info@mapaleuae.com

If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can give you. But we will go over our options to help get your package on the right track!If you are not listed as a resident, the package most likely will be returned to MapaleUAE . Possible missing information:

• Incorrect or missing information
• "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping address
• Apartment number / unit number /suite number,
• Business or company

You can replace your order with the correct information at any time since we will refund you for the merchandise when the package is returned to MapaleUAE as undeliverable.

Undeliverable packages are usually returned to MapaleUAE within 1 month of shipment domestically and within 180 days of shipment internationally.
