  1. No Returns on Worn ItemsFor hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, tried on on the body, or their hygiene seal or product tags has been removed.
  2. Defective or Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mapaleuae.com with a photo of the item.We will offer a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.
  3. How to Request a Refund/ExchangeEmail us at info@mapaleuae.com with your order number and photos of the item.Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  4. Shipping CostsOriginal shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
  5. Order CancellationOrders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, if the parcel has not being dispatched yet. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and the refund policy applies.

We will issue a refund/store credit for the merchandise and taxes if applied, but not your original shipping fee.  Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

All returned items will be processed and a store credit issued when they have been processed by our returns team.

No, all items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging.

We are able to refund for eligible merchandise, but we do not refund your shipping charges. Sorry!
