For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, tried on on the body, or their hygiene seal or product tags has been removed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mapaleuae.com with a photo of the item.
