DELIVERY POLICY

• We deliver our products primarily within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to other countries worldwide. All shipments are handled by a reliable third-party courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Delivery Process:
  All orders are carefully packed and shipped in good condition. Customers must keep the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed at the time of receipt.

• Delivery Fees:

  • Local UAE delivery: AED 25 (Flat Rate)

  • International delivery: Fees will vary depending on the country and location and will be displayed on the checkout page.

  • Free delivery promotions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

• Delivery Time:

  • Within UAE: 1 – 2 working days

  • Outside UAE: 4 – 10 working days (depending on the destination country)

• Multiple Shipments:
